bobby conway |
Bobby is co-host of the nationally syndicated radio program, The Pastor’s Perspective, and the radio show Unapologetic. He’s the founder and host of One Minute Apologist—a YouTube ministry that provides credible answers to curious questions and the founding lead pastor of Image Church in Charlotte, North Carolina. He earned his Master of Theology (ThM) from Dallas Theological Seminary, his Doctor of Ministry (DMin) in apologetics from Southern Evangelical Seminary, and his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the University of Birmingham in England. He is also the author of several books, including: Hell, Rob Bell and What Happens When People Die, The Fifth Gospel, Doubting Toward Faith, and Does God Exist and 51 Other Compelling Questions About God and the Bible. Bobby’s primary role at Image Church is overseeing the vision, developing the staff, discipling leaders, and overseeing the teaching ministries of the church. Heather Conway has been married to Bobby since 1996. Together they have two grown children, Haley and Dawson. On top of being the co-founder of Image Church and serving as the women’s pastor, Heather also spends time counseling people as a holistic nutritionist. She received her degree as a health nutritionist from the University of Central Arkansas (BS). Heather’s passions are discipling women, breaking the stigma on mental health, and equipping married couples to have a thriving relationship. She was a speaker for nearly ten years for Family Life’s, Weekend to Remember marriage conferences, where she equipped thousands of couples around the country on principles for a God-centered marriage. On top of this she was the co-founder and host of the radio show Unapologetic. Heather’s hobbies include all things nature, going for a scenic bike ride, listening to live music, going deep in her friendships, family time, travel, and much more. paxton reed |
Pastor Paxton Reed is a native of Seattle, WA. He accepted Christ around the tender age of 13 years old. He is a humble, servant of God who’s gifted in the expository preaching and teaching of God’s Word with clarity and conviction. Pastor Reed accepted his calling to the ministry in 1994 at the Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church in South Bend, IN and was ordained in 1997. Paxton Earned his Master’s in Ministry from Bethel College, South Bend In, in 1997 and his Master’s in Theology in 1999. Pastor Reed and his wife Cheryl relocated to Charlotte, NC in June of 2000 to plant a church. Pastor Reed pastored the Northlake Community Church in Huntersville, NC for 11 years. He has been married to his beautiful wife Cheryl for 26 years; together they have two adult girls, Payton and Paysia. Pastor Reed is a man who loves God, God’s people, and God’s Word. In his spare time Pastor Reed enjoys watching football; relaxing, and spending time with friends.

Frank Strong III, an Associate Pastor at Image Church, was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. He joined the Air Force after completing a year of college and traveled the world for 25-years, molding young minds into becoming global citizens. Frank has been married to his wife, Michelle, since 2000, and they have two beautiful children, Makali and Malachi. After retiring from the military in 2013, the family moved from Virginia to North Carolina where he taught Junior ROTC at Salisbury High school for nearly a decade. Frank’s walk with Jesus began at the age of thirty and since then he has served in various roles in the Christian Community from Bible Study Teacher, Youth Leader, Marriage ministry, Men’s Discipleship, Small Group Leader, Young Adult ministry, and more. His passion for serving God’s people has prepared him for his role as an Associate Pastor at Image Church. Frank is especially passionate about discipling young adults, and equipping men to have a thriving relationship with God. He also enjoys promoting diversity and engages in courageous, vulnerable conversations about racism that lead to authentic ongoing relationships. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, and working on voice overs in his studio to inspire character life lessons.
